I will be updating my Bianca build here for anyone else who is interested in making her cosplay! I have an Amazon Storefront list of items I used (including her wig) here.

I modeled the necklace pieces in Blender and printed them on my Elegoo Saturn 3 with ABS-like resin. The cross base was printed on my Bambu Lab A1 in Elegoo Wood PLA, and the center cross is printed in basic black PLA. The necklace gems were primed with filler primer and a black base coat, and I then used a sponge to dapple silver for the circle and oval gems, and I went in with a brush to paint the main crest gold. I threaded the gems through a faux leather cord and ending up supergluing them in place so they wouldn't slide around.
I have the 3D files available for download for free here! I would recommend printing test pieces and testing the scale before committing to printing multiple versions - mine ended up being slightly too big! (Even after prototyping on my filament printer!) EDIT: as of 3/9/26, there are new files in the folder marked "RESIZED". These are the final scale I ended up using! I kept the original sized files in there because the original Gold Crest is similarly scaled to emulate the cutscene where Aeta picks it up in the village.

I drew the cape pattern on some paper and made some mockups. The pattern shown here was narrowed slightly on the sides. The shape is just an oval with a circle cut out to fit your head through. I cut out the pieces, serged them together, and pressed the seams as flat as I could. I cut down the back of the neck and attached an invisible zipper so I could actually slip it over my head. I also hand sewed two eyelets on the collar. The fabric type is white linen.
For the apron, I simply traced the shape of an existing apron I had. I cut the shape out, serged the edges, the rolled them over and sewed the edges down so the serging wouldn't show. I cut rectangles out of the fabric to also make ties for the apron. For the distressed edge, I trimmed it sloppily with scissors and added some holes, and then brushed it roughly with a wire brush to emphasize the fraying. I also burnt the edges so it wouldn't unravel into eternity. I finished off the apron by weathering with some light color acrylics. The fabric type is a grayish green wool.
The dress is a simple A line shape; I traced the shapes of an old sweater I had to approximate the sleeves and bodice size. I then just tapered it at the waist and extended the edges to make it a full length dress. I cut the pieces out and serged them together to finish the ends. I weathered the whole dress by watering down acrylics in a spray bottle and concentrating the spray on the ends of the sleeves, the seams, and the bottom of the dress. The bottom of the dress was also frayed similar to the apron. The fabric type is cream linen.
The dagger was modeled in Blender and printed on a Bambu Lab A1 in PLA. I printed three layers so I could sandwich the black/metal PLA between the wood PLA handles. These files are still being tweaked so I have not uploaded them yet! I also need to work on making the sheath.
Her belt is made out of 1" leather with a matching silver T bar buckle. For the little rosary necklace on her belt, I just ordered some wooden beads and strung them together.
